Holds a PhD in Bioochemistry and is the research group leader for the Marine Ecology group in NORCE. Her main research focus is the sustainable use of resources and the opportunities that lie in the circular economy.

Thorough technological and practical insight into complex industrial projects. Leading roles in small and large projects on a global arena, where cultural and interpersonal understanding also has been of great importance. Positions as Drilling manager, Offshore Installation Manager and General Manger in Odfjell Drilling, operations manager and Technology Director in Equinor. CEO of Nordic Circles AS and holds board positions in a number of companies and organizations.
